The regulations associated with the 1990 Clean Air Act have mandated that domestic wastewater processing plants and industrial facilities contain and treat hazardous air pollutants and resulting odors originating from their locations. The key to a successful, effective and affordable Odor and Emission Control system is containment and treatment of pollutants. The choice of containment will have the greatest impact on overall treatment costs. Covers are required to contain the polluted air for the purpose of collection and treatment. The key factor to be considered in containment is the reduction in overall air volume through a cover system that is Tight and Flat. |
